Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Rochester - Marketplace, An Ihg Hotel, Rochester

Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready at 3 pm despite requesting an earlier check-in time. The room was cramped, making movement difficult, and the decor seemed questionable, possibly curated by famous artists. The hotel staff were helpful and informative, though somewhat indifferent to concerns.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms had a bit of a lived-in smell and felt a bit cramped for the price, lacking a sofa and only featuring a king bed, small table, and chair near a busy hallway. The service was friendly, with staff consistently checking in to ensure my comfort. The location was convenient for moving around Rochester, although initial explanations could have been clearer. The dining experience was subpar, with issues like lukewarm water and food making me ill. Despite these drawbacks, the modern and airy facilities were a highlight, offering a cozy setting for socializing.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and had plenty of outlets, perfect for charging my devices. The in-room air conditioner provided a nice white noise effect. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and an excellent breakfast. The location was outstanding, close to restaurants and shopping. However, the dining experience, although great in selection, made me ill later. The facilities were well-equipped and convenient.
